Keep the roast playable
Ugly Game Awards works best when the jokes stay on football's daft behaviour, not on personal cruelty.
Keep it about football behaviour
Submissions and votes should focus on incidents, performances, tactics, time-wasting, diving, arguing, chaos, and other football behaviour. Do not turn it into personal abuse.
No hate, threats, or harassment
Do not post hate speech, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics, nationality, race, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or anything else that drags the whole room down.
No private information
Do not share private addresses, phone numbers, personal emails, documents, travel plans, family details, or other information that is not clearly public and relevant.
No spam or vote manipulation
Do not use bots, scripts, fake accounts, multiple accounts, coordinated spam, or other tricks to bend the vote. One honest vote beats a thousand suspicious ones.
Satire is welcome
Jokes, parody, and sharp football commentary are part of the point. Targeted abuse, pile-ons, cruelty, and pretending opinion is fact are not.
Reports and moderation
If something looks off, report it or contact the site operator. We may remove content, ignore manipulated votes, limit features, or suspend accounts when needed.
Repeated breaches
Repeated or serious breaches may lead to content removal, vote removal, account suspension, or other moderation steps. The awards should stay funny, not grim.
